Pupils inflict pain for good cause
Matt Clifford, who teaches art at Kesteven and Sleaford High School, offered the chance to wax his legs to the form which raised the most money towards his cause - Cancer Research UK. He said: “I am trying to raise at least £750 for the cause but would like to raise more.”
Matt said: “I have lost an aunty and uncle in the last two years and my father’s eldest brother has just been diagnosed with cancer, so it made me want to do something about it. I came up with the idea of leg hair removal as I know students enjoy inflicting pain on teachers.”

He confessed: “I had a training ride straight after work and had to wear long leggings on the hottest evening of the year so far.”
