Here are two photographs of Sleaford and District Scouts, Cubs and Beavers celebrating their patron saint 10 years ago.

The boys and girls from 11 local groups paraded along Eastgate to St Denys’ Church to mark St George’s Day.

Due to the Easter weekend, the annual event was held a week early with members attending from Billinghay, Coningsby and Tattershall, Cranwell, Heckington, Horncastle, Leasingham, Metheringham, Ruskington, Sleaford, Wellingore and Woodhall Spa and two Explorer Scout Units.
