Celebrated Morriston Orpheus Choir to perform at Lincoln Cathedral
The best seats in the house have already sold out with the other tiers likely to follow.
The 80-strong choir will be performing an assortment of songs including Nella Fantasia, World in Union, Benedictus and An American Trilogy.

Hide AdThe concert will be in aid of St Barnabas’ Hospice in the county.

As leading figures of male choral singing, the Morriston Orpheus Choir have enjoyed global success, performing on television, at national and promotional events and at the Sydney Opera House.

Hide AdSteve Pearson, engagement secretary for the choir, said: “Since its inception the choir has raised many thousands of pounds for various good causes.
“Every year, the choir performs for the Ty Olwen Hospice in Morriston in Swansea, and we are always in awe of the dedication and care provided by hospice staff.
“The choir is absolutely delighted to return to Lincoln in aid of St Barnabas Hospice.
“It is a privilege for us to be able to support the work of the hospice that provides vital specialist palliative care in this community.”
The concert takes place on Saturday, May 7 at 7.30pm.
