Anchor House, a pub, bar or nightclub at 2 East Street, Alford was given the score after assessment on May 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of East Lindsey's 278 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 226 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
