ConocoPhillips plead guilty to three charges brought by the Health and Safety Executive
An oil and natural gas company which operates in Lincolnshire today (Monday December 14) pleaded guilty to three charges in a prosecution brought by the Health and Safety Executive.
The offences which occurred on or before the December 1, 2012, relate to the Lincolnshire Offshore Gas Gathering System.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned the case until January 22 next year, when the company will be sentenced.
The hearing is expected to last half a day.
