Violent entry
Edvins Vilcaks, 41, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, without lawful authority, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to said entry. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
Assault
Chloe Gill, 18, of Frithville Road, Sibsey. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; application made to revoke youth rehabilitation order made for an offence of assault by beating on March 8, 2016, on the grounds that it is due to expire on March 7, 2017. £100 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, order revoked.
Luke John Tilley, 25, of Maltby Way, Horncastle. At Sibsey, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation for 30 days, restraining order made, £100 fine, £85 costs.

At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood was greater than 7.0 micrograms per litre (legal limit 2). £128 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
