Boston teenager was in possession of 'mamba', court is told
Shaye Bulman, 19, of Witham Bank West admitted at Boston Magistrates Court that he was in possession of the drug when police went to his address on November 23 2018, just three weeks after he had been given a community order for a similar offence.
However, the court heard he had been having a difficult time in October 2018 as his father, who had brought him up single handed, had been dying, and he had not had a fixed address since then.

He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 in court charges, but no order for costs was made because of the length of time it had taken to bring the matter to court.
