Partygoer found with drugs after being stopped by police in Skegness on Friday the 13th
Maximiliano Billings, 39, of Swallow Avenue, Skellingthorpe, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday in relation to the incident from last year.
The court was told that Billings was stopped by police in Gunby Road on Friday, September 13. When searched, he was found in possession of a small tin containing cannabis – a class B drug – and also told police he had MDMA and cocaine – both class A drugs – in his jeans’ pocket.

In mitigation, Tony Davies said Billings – who admitted the offences – had borrowed the car to go to a party and had only agreed to drive because the car owner had decided not to go.
He said his client had taken the drugs for his own personal use at the party.
However, he added that Billings had told his employer about his court appearance and had been sacked.
