‘Chloe was an inspiration to so many’
Chloe, 28, who grew up in Holton le Clay, was first diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) in September 2015.
Against all odds, after a series of gruelling treatments, Chloe beat this rare form of leukaemia and became cancer-free the following year.

Surrounded by her family, Chloe sadly passed on Saturday, February 20, leaving behind her loving husband of two years, Shane.
Shane said: “Chloe was an inspiration to so many. She lit up a room as soon as she walked in, she was just so full of life.”
On Friday, March 19, Chloe will leave her Louth home for the final time at 10.25am.

Shane added: “I think this could be a very heart warming moment for everyone to come together for Chloe and for each other.
“Chloe left her little mark on so many, I’m sorry you can’t all be at the funeral.
“Hopefully though this opportunity will help with the grieving process.”

Hide AdAt the start of March, an online fundraising page was set up in Chloe’s memory to raise money for WISHH (Working Independently to Support Hull Hospitals), as a way of saying a special ‘thank you’ to the team at Castle Hill hospital where Chloe underwent much of her cancer treatment.
More than £3,000 was raised within the very first day, with the current total now exceeding £4,500 at the time of going to press.
In a message to all those who have donated, Shane said: “I can’t thank you all enough. Chloe would be so proud and grateful for everybody’s help.”
