Kelsey farm worker’s dwelling refused planning approval
In a statement in its application, Hall Farm Park said the proposed dwelling would be located close to the existing livestock building to allow staff to be ‘in sight and sound of the animals’.
But West Lindsey District Council said: “The need for two separate agricultural dwellings on the farm has not been demonstrated.

And the council said: “Insufficient evidence has been submitted discounting the availability of suitable nearby accommodation.”
WLDC said South Kelsey was approximately 1.2 kilometres from the site and had a number of properties advertised for sale.
Hall Farm Park said: “The application reflects the needs of an expanding, long established rural business.
“It is clearly a genuine agricultural enterprise, with a sound backing and a secure future.”
