Greene King, who own The Ashley on Carlton Road, also said they were continuing to help the police with their enquiries.
The incident, which took place early on Saturday evening (17th May) saw two women taken to hospital, one of whom was believed to be a member of staff.

Hide AdThe pub is part of Greene King’s Hungry Horse division of restaurants.
A spokesman for the chain said: “Providing a safe environment for our staff and customers is of paramount importance.”
“The Ashley Hotel is normally a trouble-free family pub.”
“Unfortunately, an incident occurred on Saturday during which a member of staff was injured.”
“Our staff members acted quickly and professionally to give aid and defuse the situation.
“We are helping the police with their investigation.”
