Hutton looks to impress in Australia

England, needing just shy of five runs an over, lost opener Daniel Bell-Drummond early on. Alex Davies and Ben Foakes steadied the ship but when the latter went for 54 in the 28th over, with England reduced to 102-2 in reply.

Hide AdHis exit signalled a middle-order collapse and England slumped to 141 all out, with Davies also making 54. Hutton made seven coming in at No. 10.
Following their 103-run defeat, England faced Bangledesh in the first semi-final in the battle for fifth place.
Bangledesh posted 217 for 7 but England rose to the challenge and skittled the runs off with four wickets remaining.
Foakes smashed a quick-fired 47 off 39 balls and Adam Ball (34*) and Aneesh Kapil (33*) saw the tourists home with 10 balls to spare.
Hutton will be hoping for a return to the side in Friday’s fifth place play-off with West Indies.
